The Higher Echelon are a symphonic rock group assembled to spread the musical message of their spiritual leader Brother Eek, a mysterious yet harmonising presence in the world.
Brother Eek preaches the word of psychedelic rock and roll and teaches us that wild abandon and oscillation of purpose on the dancefloor is the only route to a life of courage, vitality, warmth, good morale and an enterprising humour.
The Higher Echelon are messengers of Brother Eek, handpicked for their resolute temperament and rock and roll psyche. Caoilian Sherlock, Cathal MacGabhann, Shane Murphy, Paul Leonard and Cian Mullane live on a diet of Krautrock soup, well aged Punk Rock picked in the streets of Bangkok and far out French Disco all gifts passed on from the spiritual leader Brother Eek who provides each note, rhythm and word that they perform.
